We’re not quite halfway through December at the time of this writing, but already we know of 5 confirmed games that will join Game Pass next month as the new year gets underway. Let’s have a look.
Coming to Game Pass in January 2023
- Persona 3 Portable (January 19th)
- Persona 4 Golden (January 19th)
- Monster Hunter Rise (January 20th)
- Age Of Empires 2 Definitive Edition (January 31st)
- Roboquest (January TBD)
Among these five already-confirmed entries are three popular franchises. The other title, Roboquest, is a Borderlands-inspired shooter which you may recall came to PC Game Pass back in February this year and now will finally arrive on the Xbox tier soon.

- Hot Wheels Unleashed – Game Of The Year Edition – December 15

- Rainbow Billy: The Curse of the Leviathan – December 15
As you can see, December has been quite a busy month for Game Pass already. The highlight for many is probably High on Life, which releases today as a day one Game Pass addition. Also, five of the biggest titles from Riot Games including League of Legends come to Game Pass on December 12th. And likely a new slate of releases will soon be announced for the second half of the month.
